Minced Hazelnut
It is the product manufactured by the mincing of the hazelnut. It can be prepared as roasted or whitened based on customer request. The humidity for roasted minced hazelnut is between 0,8 – 3% and for whitened minced hazelnut, it is between 3-5%. It can be produced within these values, and with different hazelnut skin rates, based on the will of the customers.
